I turn vision into commercial traction.
I do my best work alongside ambitious founders and leadership teams when the opportunity is bigger than the existing playbook. I get close to customers, find what is creating or blocking demand, then build the market strategy, partnerships, team and commercial system that move the business forward.
I see the signal.
I notice customers, markets, partnerships and ideas before they become obvious priorities.
I find the customer truth.
I get close to the market, build trust and learn what the spreadsheet cannot tell us.
I translate vision.
I turn ambitious ideas into positioning, partnerships, priorities and commercial moves people can actually execute.
I build the engine.
I create teams, systems and accountability around the opportunity so growth becomes repeatable, not dependent on one person.
The numbers are the proof. How they happened is the story.
A few moments that show how I think, sell, build and lead.
From 1099 seller to leading a $43M business.
Started with HydraFacial as an independent 1099 capital sales rep at 140% of quota. Recruited back into leadership and promoted through Regional Manager and Regional Director to Area Vice President, ultimately leading a $43M U.S. and Canada P&L and 52-person commercial organization. Ranked #1 nationally three consecutive years.
Saw the enterprise opportunity before it made the list.
Identified an emerging multi-site med-spa opportunity that was not on the national-account priority list, flew to Ohio, secured executive-level meetings and helped shape the pricing and partnership structure that turned VIO into a strategic HydraFacial relationship.
Turned emerging technology into an early U.S. market.
Recruited pre-commercial and promoted within nine months to Director, Capital Sales & Marketing. Built the field organization, hired six Area Sales Managers and a Senior Marketing Manager, partnered across executive leadership, physician advocates and clinical teams, and helped drive 20+ early device placements.
Found the white space. Built the category. Got the yes.
Research into the rise of female fandom led me to a gap in collegiate retail: school pride had apparel, but almost no beauty. I built Rumble to 33 university licenses and 80+ retail locations across campus, stadium and national or regional retail. Buyers repeatedly understood the opportunity quickly, and the stronger proof was sell-through and reorder demand. The brand became a Kansas State marketing senior project, created an internship for an emerging graduate and advanced through Shark Tank casting. The constraint was scaling economics and working capital, not market response.
Different industries. Same operating instinct.
My career has crossed luxury service, healthcare, consumer brands, location-based entertainment, hospitality and emerging categories. That range taught me how to read people, spot opportunity and build commercial systems in very different environments without needing a prewritten playbook.
Know the customer beyond the transaction.
Experience in luxury retail, personal shopping and closet organization for high-profile clients, plus serving as personal assistant to a high-net-worth family of eight. High expectations, discretion and exceptional service were the baseline.
Commercialize complex products people have to trust.
Medical devices, dermatology, plastic surgery, med-spa, skincare and emerging health technologies, from individual market development through a $43M P&L and 52-person commercial organization.
Turn an idea into something people buy.
Built an NCAA-licensed consumer brand from zero, securing 33 university licenses and distribution in 80+ retail locations, including a national Dillard’s buy after one meeting.
Build experiences people want to return to.
At Tap Ins, a location-based entertainment startup with multi-location ambitions, I worked directly with founders across guest experience, hospitality training, community partnerships, marketing, merchandising, team development and site coordination. I promoted emerging talent and helped launch one of the venue’s strongest-selling merchandise designs.
Learn fast. Connect the functions. Build what does not exist yet.
I’ve spent much of my career inside emerging categories, startups and businesses without mature playbooks. I move across founder vision, funding realities, customer insight, sales, marketing, partnerships, training, operations and team development, then connect those pieces into something executable and repeatable.
Use emerging technology to increase human leverage.
AI is part of how I work, not a line on a résumé. I use it across research, strategy, messaging, content, workflow design and agentic systems; participate in AI communities and global events; and help curious non-technical people learn to use it through practical sessions like AI for the Clueless but Curious. The goal is to move faster without losing judgment, relationships or the human experience people actually value.
A career built around turning possibility into traction.
Across founder-led companies, emerging technologies and high-growth businesses, the titles changed and the scope expanded. The through-line stayed consistent: commercialization, customer insight, strategic relationships, market development and building teams that can scale.
I want to build again. At the right altitude.
I’m drawn to ambitious founders and leadership teams with a meaningful vision, real customer need and substantial room to grow. I do my best work where the opportunity is bigger than the existing playbook and where I can work close to customers, leadership and the market to turn potential into commercial traction. I want the energy of building, with strong people, honest communication, financial discipline and enough organizational strength to execute.
Building something that deserves to become much bigger?
If you’re a founder, CEO, investor, recruiter or commercial leader with a meaningful vision and real room to grow, I’d love to talk. I’m especially interested in opportunities where commercial strategy, customer insight, partnerships and execution need to come together. If a company, role or leader comes to mind as you read this, please make the introduction. Sometimes the next important opportunity starts with one good conversation.
